About Us

We have been hoteliers over 30 years in Italy, in a beautiful touristic mountain center, but after many years of cold weather, we decided to move to the tropical area.

It was love at first sight with Tulum, this little town dedicated to tourism is considered “pueblo magico” since it conserves all the flavour and Mexican tradition.

That is why we decided to bring our hotelier experience to this “Pueblo Magico”

Tulum has views to the Caribbean sea and it expands over 30 km of white and soft as baby powder sand beaches, a turquoise, magnificent sea. The coral reef is just 200 mts from the coast and it is the second largest.

The sea area is considered protected area both by mangroves as by the archaeological zone.

Here you can find the Tulum ruins, the only mayan city in the hole Yucatan Peninsula near the sea.

The city of Tulum is 2.5 km far from the beach, with its quaint shops, little hotels and B&B, it is a truly jewel, loved even for Hollywood stars that come here on vacations to relax enjoying the positive aura that involves the city.

Tulum is the neuralgic center of the yoga. Here yoga is practiced everywhere, even and above all at the beach.

“Casa Santiago” has the name as our little son, born here in 2015 year, it is a little residence, only 6 rooms (double or triple) because we want our guests to feel at home!

The rooms are 38 mts. To allow our guests a comfortable stay, a king size bed 2mts x 2mts, sofa bed with individual mattress and bathroom with shower.

The pool and the common area have lounge chairs and a to enjoy the shade and relax meanwhile you read a book.
